Transmits Crystal-Clear 1080p Video on a Larger Screen or Secondary Monitor The P581AB-006 supports HD resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz with 24-bit Deep Color, allowing you to transmit 1080p signals in your home theater, office lobby or other digital signage application, such as digital menus in restaurants or schedules in bus and train stations. You may also use the cable to connect a second monitor to your computer or laptop in your home or office workspace. Latches on the DisplayPort plug and thumbscrews on the DVI connector help you avoid such danger, protecting your video transmission by maintaining a secure link without failure. Passive Adapter for Use with Dual-Mode DisplayPort Sources This cable is a passive adapter that requires the connected source computer to support DisplayPort++ (DP++).
